Dr. Ulrich utilizes telepsychology to provide individual, couples, or family therapy.  All sessions are held in a HIPPA compliant video conference room that clients can easily access from their smartphones, tablets, or computer.  There is no need for travel or scheduling extra time for appointments.

Dr. Ulrich utilizes a relationship based approach in her work with individuals that draws on the knowledge from neuroscience, relational neurobiology, human development, attachment theory, and family systems theories. Dr. Ulrich is currently licensed in the states of Delaware, Maryland,  and North Carolina and she can provide these services in these states. 

In addition, Dr. Ulrich provides online therapy to individuals residing in any PSYPACT-participating state. PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to practice telepsychology legally across state lines.
